Regarding Private School Axis Axis is a 501(c)( 3) not-for-profit organization that partners with Los Angeles location independent institutions to develop paths for underrepresented students and families of color to accessibility, navigate, and prosper secretive education and learning. Independent schools do not accurately stand for the total Los Angeles population, where over 70% of citizens are people of shade. Through our Axis friends, we sustain trainees and educators of shade as they access exclusive education and learning opportunities with our recurring advice. We likewise collaborate with Partner Schools across L.A. to make a lasting and transformative impact on their diversity, equity, inclusion, and accountability (DEIA) practices. By holding colleges answerable for just how they come close to and resolve DEIA, we can attain much better knowing end results for all students while likewise preparing them to become multiculturally qualified citizens.
